However, there is an easier way to get your (network) printer working than dealing with Lexmark's crappy support and packages:
Under gnome, go to the printer dialog (system-config-printer), click on "Add Printer" and select your printer from the network device list.
Select "AppSocket/JetDirect via DNS-SD".
Then download this PPD file for the Pinnacle Pro800-900 series and select it as your preferred driver: lxPro800-Pro900.ppd - "Lexmark Pro800-Pro900 Series, 1.0 (color, 2-sided printing)"
If you still want to use the Lexmark installer under Debian/Ubuntu amd64 systems and use its "extended" features, you can download this package: lexmark-inkjet-1.0-1.amd64-deb.tar.gz
Extract the archive and execute startupinstaller.sh.
